Dr. Vijay Jog

Founder

Dr. Vijay Jog is the founder of Corporate Renaissance Group (CRGroup) Canada and South Africa, CRG Solutions (Canada and India) and CRG Software (India), and co-founder of BI4Dynamics Americas. Over more than 30 years of consulting and entrepreneurial work, he has provided strategic guidance to public and private sector organisations in Canada, the USA, the UK, the Caribbean, Austria, South Africa, Ukraine, Poland and India.

A recognised thought leader in corporate value creation and performance, Dr. Jog has a proven record of applying innovative strategies and technologies to improve business performance. He has worked with leading corporations and government bodies to design and execute strategies that drive shareholder value and growth, across finance, manufacturing, telecommunications and government.

He has served on the boards of Quisitive, BluMetric, Blue Waters Pvt Ltd., ADHA Holdings, Domhad Properties Ltd., Figtree Financials and Bankcard USA, along with several advisory boards. He has delivered strategic consulting and technology solutions to organisations including ABN AMRO, Cable & Wireless, Daimler Benz, South African Airways, CAE Inc., Koppers Inc., The Globe and Mail, Bank of Montreal, Medavie Blue Cross, Minto Group, Bond Brand Loyalty, Blue Waters, the Ansa McAl Group of companies and Arbor Memorial Services. He has also served as a Policy Advisor to the Government of Canada on corporate finance and public sector restructuring.

Internationally, he has contributed to management infrastructure development in Poland, the privatisation of South African Airways and government pension reform in Ukraine, and has led workshops on value-based management and performance measurement in the USA, UK, India, the Philippines, Germany, Austria, Barbados, Australia and Japan.

Dr. Jog holds a Ph.D. in Management (Finance), an MBA and an M.Eng. from McGill University. He is Chancellor’s Professor Emeritus at Carleton University, has published more than 100 papers in academic journals and has won many best paper awards.
